Refunds/Cancellation 

We understand that sometimes plans change! Your tickets can be cancelled and fully refunded up through May 1. Please email basics@parksidechurch.com to request a cancellation and refund. Letting us know as soon as your plans change, helps us release your spot for another pastor. Thank you for your help.

Can my wife attend the conference with me? 

We are purposeful in limiting the conference to men who serve as pastors and Christian workers. We realize that this is disappointing to some and appreciate your understanding. 

Will the conference be livestreamed?  Do I need a ticket to livestream it?

Yes, all of the main sessions of the conference will be livestreamed here, as well as on the Basics Conference Facebook and Parkside Church’s YouTube pages, free of charge. Tickets are not required, but sign up to get email notifications when the conference begins.

Can I obtain a recording of the conference for this year or past years? 

Truth For Life has graciously made available an archive of Basics free of charge. Please visit our Resources menu to access the archives where you can find and download audio and video files. 

How can I sponsor a pastor?

You may donate to the scholarship fund at www.parksidechurch.com/givebasics, or, if you would like to make out a check to Parkside Church with the cost of a ticket and mail it to us, send it to:
